2. Purchasing property for this project.
Once property has been purchased then the development stage
begins which will include the landscaping of the property, the
parking area and design of the roadways for traffic so this will
be a smooth transition from parking your car to getting back on
the main road way. The area I am looking at the main
traveled routes all run into route 70 west of Ft. Pierce.
Traffic coming from the south can travel interstate 95 or use
the turnpike the same with traffic traveling from the north
these routes will be available in both direction. People
traveling from the west can use Route 60 to I-95 south this is
just a few Ideas to show how accessible this facility
will be.
3. Construction of the
building, I estimate the cost of this project somewhere in
between 20 to 30 million dollars. It is a lot of money but I
serve a Big
God who I know can bring this to pass for this area. Just
imagine having meetings held by TD Jakes ,Benny Hinn coming to
Fort Pierce. How about Joyce Meyers in a convention, you see
this all the time on TBN so this is not something that is
impossible but very possible. How about 12,000 in a meeting
praise and worshiping God can you imagine the spirit of God
moving in power and touching his people. What a day we live in
the excitement of this is so awesome that I get overwhelmed with
just the Idea of this whole project. What a vision! Once this
facility is built and established it will be a proto
type for others to be build across this nation as the
Lord leads and in his timing to established these facilities for
his people.
