Planning

The planning stage for the construction of this facility will be in three parts;

1. Planning and architectural drawing stage. The building structure would be fully designed and a set of drawings would be established for the construction of the facility including landscaping and parking. In this first part of the architectural phase, development will be presentation boards. The building design and the layout of interior and exterior of the facility will include the sanctuary with seating, a platform with section for musicians with lower tear seating and upper tear balcony seating. This facility will be set up for television production including director booths with audio, it will have production and editing capabilities. It will have audio sound system of the highest quality for choir and preaching and teaching of the word. The presentation boards will include the landscaping and parking facilities; with a project of this size parking is very essential part of design. There will be adequate parking to facilitate all who come to the Cathedral. The exterior outer section of the building will be for office space. There will be a section for a convention hall including facilities for preparing and serving food. This facility will have an area for performing weddings and area for school classrooms. There will be rooms for guest speakers and their families when they are invited for speaking engagements.

2. Purchasing property for this project. Once property has been purchased then the development stage begins which will include the landscaping of the property, the parking area and design of the roadways for traffic so this will be a smooth transition from parking your car to getting back on the main road way. The area I am looking at the main traveled routes all run into route 70 west of Ft. Pierce. Traffic coming from the south can travel interstate 95 or use the turnpike the same with traffic traveling from the north these routes will be available in both direction. People traveling from the west can use Route 60 to I-95 south this is just a few  Ideas to show how accessible this facility will be.

3. Construction of the building, I estimate the cost of this project somewhere in between 20 to 30 million dollars. It is a lot of money but I serve a Big
God who I know can bring this to pass for this area. Just imagine having meetings held by TD Jakes ,Benny Hinn coming to Fort Pierce. How about Joyce Meyers in a convention, you see this all the time on TBN so this is not something that is impossible but very possible. How about 12,000 in a meeting praise and worshiping God can you imagine the spirit of God moving in power and touching his people. What a day we live in the excitement of this is so awesome that I get overwhelmed with just the Idea of this whole project. What a vision! Once this facility is built and established it will be a proto type for others to be build across this nation as the Lord leads and in his timing to established these facilities for his people.
